Exchange Policy

We offer a three (3) day exchange policy, which means you have three (3) days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, with the original tags, and in the original packaging. We will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please note that exchanges are only available for the same item category and model. Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size and color at the time of the exchange request.

Refunds are not accepted.

Shipping costs for returning the item to our store and for shipping the exchanged item back to you will be charged to the customer.
